What, no Taco Bell joke?
WTF??
That's fucked up on so many levels.Shoplifting is really bad in a lot of areas. A while back, California raised the dollar amount of punishable theft to $1,000, so you won't get prosecuted for anything less than that amount. They then bragged about crime going down, but in reality shoplifting went through the roof-to the point that many stores closed locations in the worst areas. But, on the books, there was "less crime" because arrests and prosecutions went down.
You didn't LOLWTF??

Just start cutting off hands and watch theft go way down!![]()
I was honestly tryin to figure out if it was a joke, or what. You didn't LOL
Guess I won't whip out the poop map in the surrounding San Fransicko hood.
And it raises the prices, which get passed on, and/or drives down their budget for labor. It's absolutely fucked up. The stores are getting royally screwed by this crap, and in turn the consumer has to jump through hoops just to make a purchase-which also drives down sales. The most noticeable in my area is the Home Depots. Tools and such that you used to be able to just take off the shelf and put in your cart are now locked up in cages, so you have to find an associate to unlock the cage, then they carry the item to the check stand where the cashier rings it up. It's inconvenient as fuck, especially if the store is busy and it can take a half hour just to buy a small tool.

Were people like, smashing Doritos as a prank? Opening bags and eating them in the store? IDK
I don't live in/near any big cities, thankfully! (Especially liberal ones. Oops.)
