If it’s a stripped-down HX Effects, price point. Lots of amp-in-a-boxes being released lately like the TONEX, etc.

Yeah but DI mentioned that it could have something that existing HX owners would want ported to the firmware but that there wasn’t any guarantees. To me, if this is real and carries the HX name it would be cross platform (to a degree) like the other stuff; I figure just more akin to the HXFX.
