You can't just put a piece of scrap plexiglass or polycarbonate over the top to protect it without losing the ability to touch it.

Given that Stadium's LCD is flush-mounted and glued into the extruded aluminum chassis, there's close to zero risk of fluid ingress. If you want to wring your hands about beer being spilt, you can always worry about the venting holes along the back and front, which should never be covered to avoid thermal issues. Thankfully the rear vents are somewhat protected by the UI cluster overhang.

That's my worry, too.
But as already said, if there is a app for the Stadium at some time, then I wouldn't use the touchscreen in live situations and cover it up

Given that Agoura is modelling to component level, I guess it’ll be reasonably simple to do Agoura fuzz models of the vintage kind in future? A fuzz face has 10 components I think (including the pots) so those would be low hanging fruit for the future?

Not sure about low-hanging fruit, but yes, Agoura could technically be used to model drive, distortion, fuzz, and perhaps other types of pedals. Sound Design is focused on Agoura amps right now tho'.

I don't think that's the issue. IMO the possible issue is that a 'wet' touchscreen often behaves quirky and stops responding reliably to interactions. Even a few drops of sweat can do that.

The QC hasn’t had issues with screen breaks, the Stadium will be fine.
