Really holding out for that effect that makes me sound like I know what I’m doing. My bass player said it’s called a tuner.
That's the first lesson I taught my son, when he wanted me to help build a little bass board.Really holding out for that effect that makes me sound like I know what I’m doing. My bass player said it’s called a tuner.
Yes, but not at launch.
At launch, drum triggers effectively act as engage mechanisms, like a footswitch. So you can use them to recall presets/snapshots, start/stop a song, control the looper, etc. Nothing in Stadium pays attention to the trigger's signal level, other than whether it exceeds a user-specified threshold to engage the assigned function. And as it hasn't been answered: Will input level be available as a modulator?
Edit: It'd be pretty similar to sidechain inputs but possibly more straight ahead. And as drum triggers can be used as modulators, a kinda logical conclusion would be that input level could serve the very same purposes.

My theory was that I realize they put a lot of money and research and whatever into this new helix Stadium, but that’s gonna be considered the flagship now obviously but they’re probably phase out the old helix, and this will become the new helix, and then the next iteration will probably have a whole new namewhether that comes in a year or two years 10 years I don’t know, but that’s my guess they wanted to get this display the touchscreen in the gooey the GUI on this new unit called helix so that the next iteration can come along and this will be kind of like the HD 500 was when helix was releasedOne reason would be they've invested God knows how much to bring stadium to market. To only then go "oh well here's this new massive project/genuinely new product a year later" would be such a bizarre use of resources.
Whatever you need to tell yourself to justify cancelling the preorder I guessMy theory was that I realize they put a lot of money and research and whatever into this new helix Stadium, but that’s gonna be considered the flagship now obviously but they’re probably phase out the old helix, and this will become the new helix, and then the next iteration will probably have a whole new namewhether that comes in a year or two years 10 years I don’t know, but that’s my guess they wanted to get this display the touchscreen in the gooey the GUI on this new unit called helix so that the next iteration can come along and this will be kind of like the HD 500 was when helix was released
^this is the correct answer, if you want to wait another decade before buying a Helixthen the next iteration will probably have a whole new namewhether that comes ina year or two years10 years
they wanted to get this display the touchscreen in the gooey
just realized I joined there in 2015Some of y'all act like you haven't spent a decade at TGP with Timbuk and it shows![]()
Are you saying timbuk3 is just an interim TGF member between timbuk2 and the real flagship timbuk joining us next year? Some of y'all act like you haven't spent a decade at TGP with Timbuk and it shows![]()
Probably true for a lot of us. That’s when the Helix was announced, and THE Helix thread just about broke the internet.just realized I joined there in 2015

I mean, Stadium hasn't even launched yet and you're thinking about when will the next product be released, when Stadium has arrived 10 years after OG Helix...My theory was that I realize they put a lot of money and research and whatever into this new helix Stadium, but that’s gonna be considered the flagship now obviously but they’re probably phase out the old helix, and this will become the new helix, and then the next iteration will probably have a whole new namewhether that comes in a year or two years 10 years I don’t know, but that’s my guess they wanted to get this display the touchscreen in the gooey the GUI on this new unit called helix so that the next iteration can come along and this will be kind of like the HD 500 was when helix was released

Let's say you are right.....now what, what are you going to do with this information?
Oh, I agree with you that there will be a next iteration at some point. Don't know how it'll be called.. But imo it's reasonable to think we may see some more radical rebranding in terms of the names of the units eventually. My theory was that I realize they put a lot of money and research and whatever into this new helix Stadium, but that’s gonna be considered the flagship now obviously but they’re probably phase out the old helix, and this will become the new helix, and then the next iteration will probably have a whole new namewhether that comes in a year or two years 10 years I don’t know, but that’s my guess they wanted to get this display the touchscreen in the gooey the GUI on this new unit called helix so that the next iteration can come along and this will be kind of like the HD 500 was when helix was released
I read timbuck3 posts with Stephen Hawkings text-to-speech voice.
