Line 6 Helix Stadium

So how does everyone run a wireless with their Helix? I don't use any additional pedals with the Helix, it's standalone on the floor. I have 20ft cables going back to my amps and a 25ft power cable that reaches back a bit further. I want a wireless, but I don't want another long cable run.

That only leaves me with bug receivers that connect directly into the Helix input jack without any power cables. I think my perfect wireless system would have a bug receiver, but a belt pack transmitter. I don't think one exists though. What's everyone else doing?

I have one of the Lekato wireless bugs. My old Shure wireless sounds a lot better but it’s a rack unit. I’m kinda wondering if L6 has a new wireless product coming along with Stadium. Their current wireless stuff has a solid reputation.

My trusty old Relay G10 was plugged to all modelling devices i owned, and it will be plugged to a Stadium once it arrives.

Anyone else starting to get Christmas morning vibes waiting for this thing to show up?

The more I listen to Agoura clips the more excited I get to experience the hardware. All my bitching about the lack of Mesa amps aside, the list of amps covers some serious ground. I’m looking forward to spending time with each of them.

My needs are probably simpler than most but a revision F or G Recto and any >= 2C+ Mark series amp and I’m basically good to go for another decade as far as amp models go.

Yes, really can’t wait. Date given for me over here was somewhere around 20th November and, although I’d like it tomorrow, it’s still a month inside their ‘fall’ date they gave for launch so they are, officially, early :)

I want to, but it's just not happening yet. I'm expecting the day to go by with my GC status staying at "Awaiting carrier pickup," and for that to be the status for the next couple of weeks.

The other thing is that my trusty LT is giving me the stinkeye. I try to tell her it's not her, it's me, but that doesn't buy me much.
 
I got an email from my Sweetwater rep this morning saying the June preorders already shipped out and the next batch will be end of Dec. I know others' reps have said other things so it may not be reliable info.

My order (made on June 12) still says "Waiting for items."

I would love to get a shipping notice, but I don't see that happening this week.

Yeah I ordered mine less than an hour after the presentation and before SW even had it on there site. No shipping notification for me
 
On TOP, it was mentioned that there's a guy on Reddit who actually had one shipped out and was supposed to get it today. It's the only person I've heard of so far where one actually shipped out. I found the thread and he just posted this:

FedEx states they tried to deliver it but I reviewed my Ring footage and there has been no fedex truck.

Edit: Confirmed with GC. They stopped or are attempting to stop all accidental shipments to be returned to sender .

However, I was told that the funds won’t be returned and I’ll keep my place in line as long as I don’t request a formal return."

So based on this, I would not expect to be getting one for a bit, which I'm fine with.
 
If it hits December; I'd rather they just wait till next year. "Hey honey; didn't buy anyone else anything for Christmas but I did get a $2000 floor modeler to go with the other 5 I have in my jam room!"

Don't think it'll be that long. For one, that would mean it would be in the shipping blizzard that is Black Friday/Cyber Monday/etc. It would also mean YGG/Line 6 working through the holiday which would be super sucky.

Right now - and @Digital Igloo can correct me if I'm misrepresenting anything he's said - 1.1 is done, but the ancillary pieces around it (e.g. setting up the cloud infrastructure for it to be downloaded, finishing the manual, coordinating all of that stuff being uploaded the website, coordinating when the video embargoes lift, etc.) are happening over the next week or three.

I think the most likely shipping happens the week before Thanksgiving or right at the beginning of Thanksgiving week.
 
Selfishly, I hope it comes before Nov. 18. I have a gig on Nov. 22, but we rehearse on Tuesdays, so I doubt I could get it set up in time to use for that practice, and I don't think I'd feel comfortable performing live without even a rehearsal under my belt.
