That’s was Nicolas being Nicolas
Nicolas definitely makes shit up.

In any case, he has already been successful with Deadpool.
Looks like they got the stop
One guy shows shipping label created
But a return to sender notification
Ironically all the guys says it coming Tuesday probably in the end helped Line6 avoid a huge mess , because it looks like it was actually going out
I don't want to accuse him of having malicious intentions, but it is a little conspicuous how Cliff chooses the timing and content of his comments about the next generation of Fractal devices. In any case, he has already been successful with Deadpool.

Yeah the slow drip of info is going to keep the Fractalites waiting.I don't want to accuse him of having malicious intentions, but it is a little conspicuous how Cliff chooses the timing and content of his comments about the next generation of Fractal devices. All we know about next gen Fractal is that it's going to be powerful and supports NAM. That's not a lot. You can slap a cheap Tonex One in a Fractal fx loop today if you must have captures on hardware, or just use NAM in a DAW for recording.

He did this last time too, with the AX8. It's just the way things work. I doubt YGG is going to go "Oh no's, Fractal is coming out with something after the FM9!"The timing is obvious, but I wouldn't use the word "malicious". It does seem like it might be a little "jealous of the attention Line6 is getting" though, which is not a good look.
Is it that, or is it that announcements from other companies prompt users on the Fractal foruk start to bringing up questions, wishlist items, ponderings, etc about a next-gen Fractal product, thus prompting comments from Cliff? The timing is obvious, but I wouldn't use the word "malicious". Out of the effects I use, reverb is the one I'm least picky about. I would guess for me it's amp tone > drive > chorus > delay > reverb in order of how picky I get with it lolIve never been able to differentiate reverb quality. I do really like fractal's but am looking forward to the ease of use for the stadium.
But even at default, fractal reverbs sound great!

Won't lie—an unintended benefit of us not knowing (and by extension, not sharing) an exact Stadium XL shipping date is that competitors can't ramp up their marketing gorilla the day before our launch. He's a shrewd businessman. I don't think there's anything malicious - but he knows what he's doing.
Oh, we left plenty of surprises and easter eggs in there.Line6 actually has a full product on show, with reasonably well known "what it does and doesn't do" at release.

It's kinda shitty when companies do this, but I get it. We knew about Fender's Tone Master Pro a couple of months before launch and had zero interest in trying to step on their toes. We also knew about Axe FX III like 6, 7 months before launch. Some of our ME/EE team went to China and took a group photo with a then-unreleased Powercab. That same photo happened to show an empty Axe FX III chassis lurking in the background, which is pretty lazy and crappy on the CM's part. Our team didn't even see it that day; we only noticed it when zooming in on the photo later.
EDIT—Proof:

I know there've been a few videos with Ben discussing Agoura.DI - any change we'll get an interview or a video walk-through with the folks that designed Agoura? Would be great to have a video with the folks in Canada explaining their work and how they believe it has brought this to being class-leading modeling. Obviously, they won't be able to reveal everything...but I think that would be a great video to share as it gets to the heart of why many of us are buying the Stadium - best in class modeling + best in class usability and features
There have been many vids on the features - but it would be good to also get a vid from the engineers and designers (maybe jointly with the sound design team)
ya but remember how long the Ax8 took to release , If I recall he posted a picture out it. saying " I am just going to leave this here "He did this last time too, with the AX8. It's just the way things work. I doubt YGG is going to go "Oh no's, Fractal is coming out with something after the FM9!"
