Is this speaker swap too tight?

Hi! I really need some advice on a speaker swap in my Supro Keeley Custom 12 combo.

To start, I've recreated the amp quite well in my Helix using its Supro model and the Open 112 Creamback cabinet. I've replicated it well enough that I hear the distinct characteristics of the Supro and Creamback in both. I've never been a fan of Creambacks and I've experimented on the Helix with the other cab models. I particularly liked Deluxe Reverb's 112 cab which is a Deluxe Oxford and have decided to try to replicate it.

Having done a bit of research it sounds like, (and I'm open to correction here), that a good facsimile for the Oxford would be the Jensen P12N. However, after doing some measurements, the full speaker won't exactly fit in the fairly compact cabinet. The bell is too large as seen below.

However, I've read that I can remove the bell (there's just a Phillips head screw underneath the bin image). With the bell removed it might just fit. The no-bell schematic left out the cork/foam depth which is measured as 2.7mm on the with-bell schematic. The total depth of the no-bell speaker is then 149mm, and the clearance in the combo is 145mm. But the magnet is only 98mm in diamter. The sticker-area on the Creamback is 110mm in diameter and falls just below the chassis as seen below:

Technically the magnet should just fit in underneath, but this is so tight I'm wondering if I'm at risk of any issues? All thoughts and advise are welcome, thanks!
