Similar read here. The IR loader in the cab feels like one of those things that perhaps looks intriguing on paper but ends up not being real-world useful.
What if you can upload a York IR in there?

Has anyone managed to find the dimensions? Weight is ~13kg, but for my life i cannot find any other specs online for the thing.
Size: 546 mm/21.49" x 432 mm/17.00" x 230 mm/9.05"

Cordy already has a TONEX CAB and has used it live:
It looks like there is no way to simply just analog-plug-in-to-this-unit to use it as a straight up, "flat", Modeler ""FRFR""-Amp. Personally, I think this is a major missing [very basic] option.

Fwiw, for me they seem to be doing quite some things right here. Aux in, monitoring only EQ (as you can send the input signal to the DI out), hence monitoring only volume control, MIDI control over your monitoring EQ (which is great, neither my Stomp or GT-1000 allow for that), so you could remote control it without half-crawling on stage, plenty of volume as it seems (specs say 132dB), tiltback legs (unlike the stupid offerings from Mission Engineering and Laney).
All that makes up for a great live experience.
Obviously, it all needs to work and sound well. At that little weight, it might not be able to support some decent pushed air sufficiently.
Right? With the relatively small price of a ToneX One, building one into this cab seems like a no brainer? It looks like there is no way to simply just analog-plug-in-to-this-unit to use it as a straight up, "flat", Modeler ""FRFR""-Amp. I don't think that's the case here.
Plug into the XLR and then presumably you disable the on-board CAB IR using the IR Enabled toggle via software:

How many """FRFR""" speakers are available that don't use DSP for crossover/correction?
Yeah, I assumed they were if folks were doing analog preamp replacements.Notably, Fender's FR-10 and FR-12, which also happen to be biamped. Both have a characteristic frequency response bump at the crossover point.
Perhaps, but as it is, I don't really see enough features, from a user's point of view, that would warrant the extra 50% in price compared to a Fender FR-12.Would add another 100 bucks and possibly go wasted in most people's rigs.

The announced price is not great thou.
