Portnoy! I know our difference of opinion I stopped on One Bite vids as I just overloaded myself. I used to HATE Babish. He does think he's dunny, which can be irritating; but I feel like he has gotten a better grasp on being enjoyable on camera? I actually watch Joshua Weissmann as well. I'm not obscure in my food channel tastes at all. Sam the Cooking Guy is enjoyable for me as well.

As for the Eternal Fractal UI debate. Imagine the uproar and backlash if they changed the UI
in an wholescale fashion and manner.

There’s also a dude on YT who makes sandwiches from history. Sometimes he subs some things out that aren’t made anymore, I recall seeing a lot of brown mustard being used in place of most of the items. Some of the shit is…..well, there’s a good reason it’s not popular anymore.

Re: Cliff focusing on 'sound improvements' over UI ones..., I think it's simply where his passion lies. He has talked about having revelations strike him at times (probably as he was dozing off, ala Thomas Edison ), then worked out an update that more realistically handles how an amp & speaker interact together. Next-level shit.

I bet we each have aspects in our own professions we truly enjoy doing, yet others we can't stand. I love working out how to seamlessly integrate a home addition onto an existing house (no, the architects don't always deal with the details), but I absolutely cannot stand installing windows. Seriously! Let someone else do it. Although in my case, that task HAS to be done, and I fortunately have others who can do it. In Fractal's case, I suppose it simply continues to get pushed to the side.
