Here's what I did this afternoon:

Input 1 > Mark V Red - IV amp > Recto Slant dyna-cab (Dynamic 1 mic) > Output 2 (AES to my RME card)

Dialled the model in exactly how I dial in the amp.

I smashed out about 40minutes of riffs.

It was a piece of piss. Yeah I used Axe Edit III to do it, but it really was the most plug and play experience I could hope for from my modellers.
