What IF Cliffs patent from years ago was not related to axe fx at all , when he said oh I have something way better than profiling

What if he has got into captures and he has captured his whole amp collection
And got other endorsers to submit their presets and amps
Like Andy Wood , Steve Stevens , Pete Thorn

Then added basic fx and a new touch screen operation
That would be pretty outrageous
