Salvador Dali was a trip....another good one is siegfried reinhardt...my dad was in rehab with sigfried in the early 80s for alcoholism before his death

I think it's trained with online image searches, like google and bing images. So for celebrities it's a given, and for people with a lot of publicly-available photos (like from social media), the likelihood is certainly better than zero.
