EXS24 will never die

Well, unfortunately it did. No more AKAI import (which is bad, as I just found some rather large amount of old AKAI CDs that I always wanted to convert). Besides, it's possibly the most efficient sampler (and VI in general) to ever exist. The filter is sounding pretty nice, too.
