thats what I was afraid you’d say. As it is they are a few cents off. Maybe I’ll just live with it. Relocating the bridge sounds like a job for people with tools and skills
It doesn’t need doing. But it does need to be set up properly.
 
They are that far back because the string was giving a false reading. The string needs to have proper contact on the leading edge of the saddles when you set the intonation. Fender will not have got the position wrong. It is not really possible with cnc. The strings need to bed down fully before you start. This can be done by pressing the string down firmly with your thumb at pitch. Just in front of each saddle.

It's so weird that the fretboard binding on that Edwards doesn't match the binding on the rest of the guitar
