What’s going on with Marshall??

Pro tip on the DSL: if you have a SD-1 handy, run the amp on Lead 2, gain between 2 and 3 max. Deep switch in. Mid shift out (no scoop). Set your SD-1 to gain minimum (maybe on 1 so it breathes a bit), volume at 3 and tone to taste (I like noon to 1 o clock). You get a bit more low mid saturation vs Lead 1, but the SD-1 tightens up the Lead 2 so it’s not as muddy as it would be on its own.

I run lead #1 gain & volume @ noon w/a variety of boost. Really pops.

Lee is too diplomatic. Ask Terry why Dr. Jim Marshall OBE has been spinning in his grave as his children in just a few short years has destroyed what it took his Pappy 70 years to build. Terry Marshall as a "musician" ? GTFO >

This is pretty much exactly how I used to run mine when I gigged with it. Also, presence on 0.

Lee should not interview manufacturers, period. Then again, he was involved with Victory Amps for years and didn't disclose it as he pimped their gear.

Interviewing Terry was basically, "I better give him softball questions and ask nothing critical, otherwise I'll lose the dealership agreement."

Geriatric softball at that.

I haven’t watched it or Lee’s latest Marshall tour .
Once you have seen one tour of Marshall you have seen them all.
Dave Simpson did one a few weeks ago and I watched that because I like Dave and wondered if he would bring anything new to it.
He didn’t but you know he has a real love of old Marshal cabinets amps and Heads.
