Did you play the beta? When I did the combat still felt very much like Worlds
Nice I didn't realize the full game dropped today
Can you fully re-map the buttons in the full game? The beta only had like 2 preset options from what I remember

I played a little, but I did play Worlds during the week. When put side by side like that Wilds is much smoother and the new focus button helps to target precise parts easier.

I bought Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 for $10 given the hype of II. Didn't want to spend the full game price before knowing about it.
I'm sure some love it but woof what a slog. It's just....not fun to me. I hate that my food spoils, I need to feed myself, fix clothes and armor, lockpicking on console was made in the 7th layer of hell. If I wanted to do monotonous chores id turn the game off and do them at home
I think I'm going to get Dynasty Warriors instead and keep an eye on MH Wilds

That's one of my favorite games. It's definitely not for everyone though. I'm about 100 hrs into the sequel right now and think it's really good. They improved almost everything about the first game, however if you didn't like that you probably wouldn't like the 2nd one either. I decided it was time to replace my 12 year old MSI GT70-0NE laptop. Today I received a new Lenovo Legion Pro 7i fitted with a (mobile) RTX 4090 & a 240 hz 16" display. This thing rips!

Finished Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii. It was a fun ride, but I wish it had a bit deeper mechanics especially for the ship combat.
The ship combat is a lot of fun, but the list of upgrades etc is quite short so unless you just beeline the main story (which isn't that long) you are likely to be quite overpowered by the end.
The little maps you travel with the ship are not that great, there's not much more to do than go from lighthouse (safe spot) -> some combat encounters -> treasure island. Not a lot of incentive to wander around the set path.
They really could have done so much more with the system, the core is great. Who doesn't like putting laser cannons on a pirate ship?

I'm playing on a regular PS5 and it's fine. Much better than the beta was!
I switch between Balanced mode and Performance mode depending on my mood. Can't seem to settle on one, but the game is totally playable and enjoyable on a regular PS5. I'd like to get a Pro eventually, but it's not a priority or anything.
