Garlic lovers, I made an amazing salad dressing yesterday.

Roasted a full head of garlic in the airfryer. You just cut off the head, add a little oil and salt, wrap in foil and Airfry for about 30 minutes:

When finished you can just squeeze out the soft cloves and spread the like butter if you want! :drool.


Anyway, I squeezed them into about a cup of Greek yoghurt together with a couple tablespoons of EVOO, fistful of cilantro, salt, pepper and some thai chili flakes for some heat.
Gave them a good beating with my hand blender and that was it. As I just discovered, left in the fridge overnight the flavor just takes off!
I used half of it yesterday and the other half tonight, big difference.

I consider myself fairly vampire-proof now. 👨‍🍳
