Yum! Man, I am stoked to get on some grilling here soon.

I did find an whole slab Uncured Pork Belly that I did in the Smoker
while we were cut off from Civilization. Being cut off is not always a
bad thing.

I have been hunting for a Pork Belly someone had not turned into Bacon
yet, and finally found some. It's better than I could have imagined. Very
impressed. Oooppps.... there goes your LDL!
