i have heard that polite description a lot with BEs. why on earth would you want a polite marshall lololololol especially for several times the price of a marshall

For recording.

For live, rude and stringy. Thwacky and thumpy. A lil top end stang, bottom end punch. Live is the right time and place to be offensive. Not polished/polite. Primal. Marshall.

My favorite Friedmans (for realz, even though I make fun of them often) is the Runt 50, and the Dirty Shirley.

Same. I liked the Plex too, but not enough to give up my Super Lead for it. It's a cool amp though.

The BEs... I don't care much for them tbh. Especially at their price point...
