As two ten year olds dressed as a grown man, I derive great pleasure from speculating on the reasons behind NDSP's apparent incompetence in everything they do.Haha. So much negativity.. as a grown man I find this just wierd..

Blowing money on trolling when your customers deal with shit like this-

Surely, you’d agree, since you found it odd that Fractal hasn’t resolved 1 issue effecting a small percentage of their customers in 4 years. And it doesn’t even necessitate an RMA!

Or just enjoy your unit
There’s a local Powered KPA and I’m considering throwing an offer…
Yeah I wouldn't stress too much. No use worrying about something that may not happen to you.
It was NDSP that said they would have plugin compatibility at launch and people were excited for it because they’d already spent a fair amount on the one-off plugins with tones they like. They’d already spent the software money before there was a QC and part of the selling point was being able to grab your recording sounds and drop them on your live hardware. Now NDSP keeps releasing plugins with stuff people want in the hardware and dragging their feet on getting those things working across platforms. It’s not like the internet made up PCOM and are now expecting them to do it. They made it up, sold preorders with that information, THEN dropped their own ball(s).This is what actual Earth human customers have been rooting for since day 1. They made NDSP commit to it, got angry when NDSP dropped the ball, and are still clamoring for this opportunity to spend more of their own damned money.
I'm way too tightfisted to understand any of this.

You got it new, right? If it goes south, get it fixed under warranty and if that sours you, move on.
I understand that. But it's a double-edged sword, in so far as PCOM disincentivizes release of new native/ gratis amp and effect content for QC.It was NDSP that said they would have plugin compatibility at launch and people were excited for it because they’d already spent a fair amount on the one-off plugins with tones they like. Yup and I totally get that! The Kemper experience is going to be totally different than the QC (and that's neither good or bad imo). It's weird, but if there ever was a product designed for how I use modelers/profilers/multi-fx units and what I want from them, form-wise, in a very specific way, the QC is it, by far. Just sucks to have this vibe of "when will there be a problem."

I think everyone should try a Kemper at some point
Gotcha. The Liquid Profiling is super neat and imo "reinvents" the unit. Not to use hyperbole but it's really cool.I've actually had the Stage before, but never made my own profiles (and didn't try it with a power amp + cab setup, which I've come to prefer).

Probably not? I'm not sure if the Electra Dyne is based off anything but maybe a similar circuit could be found?Yes! Forgot about that, another good reason to have it on the "try again" list. Although my amp is so niche, I wonder if the Liquid Profile factor would make any difference? (Mesa Electra Dyne)
NDSP’s model was never to let anyone have too much for free. I’m surprised the editor doesn’t require a subscription.I understand that. But it's a double-edged sword, in so far as PCOM disincentives release of new native/ gratis amp and effect content for QC.
