Edit: just looked at new EVM prices and PPC412 prices. Buy used and you’ll spend less.

I’m really wondering about the handling of the Sunn brand. Like nothing against the old amps but this was never a boutique a brand. They were very utilitarian in the states. The biggest thing being they were loud. So some of the things I’m seeing with them now are just… idk

A. I love the Laneys, but just the 112 and 212; the 412 is impressive from an idea standpoint, but overkill and B. what's weird about this Sunn is that it's crazy expensive, but their 212's are relatively reasonably priced.

It's probably the special drivers ....it goes into them ....250 watts per, extended freq range....for bass as well.
