Yeah he’s looking and sounding much better than in the recent past. Seems to be in a better headspace as well. Good for him!

Also the new album is fantastic IMHO.

That's true on some personal stuff, but as a musician/guitar player, he's great. He's a super creative player with a very distinct tone and style.
The Deftones are an amazing live band.

I’ve noticed the Uber Ultra has started popping up now on a lot of dudes rigs, both live and in the studio. Amp seems to be gaining steam in a lot of circles.

I’m still loving mine. It’s a great amp that covers more ground than you’d expect but for high it’s the best amp I’ve had in that category especially for its clarity and feel that I think a lot high amps fall short on.

At first listen I wasn’t sure about it but after a few times through it I’m really lining it.

its the other way for me, first few listens i think i was just excited to hear new Deftones, and while its solid nothing really stuck out as total bangers that im going to be listening to on repeat for the next six months as is always the case with at least a couple songs each album,

The only reason I can even say I’m a casual Deftones fan is because of the Diamond Eyes album. That whole thing is pretty damn great. That said, I wasn’t too big on their output before that album so I may not be the best judge.

White Pony IMHO.
Around the Fur is great too, so is Diamond Eyes.
