I’ve liked Blues Jrs when I’ve played through them. I keep thinking about buying a couple of used ones and making a stereo rig.- Fender Blues Jr is a solid little amp.

I think stores like this should charge an hourly fee for "in-house music equipment rentals" (giving people content for posts). They would make a lot of money!
I can feel someone getting itchy.

Yeah, I like the Blues Jr much better than the Hot Dog Deluxe.I’ve liked Blues Jrs when I’ve played through them. I keep thinking about buying a couple of used ones and making a stereo rig.

It's kind of indispensable to be able to hear/feel them all in the
same space like that. Hard to get tricked by our ears and brains
when we have the ability to direct compare in the space of an hour
or so.![]()
Met, have you had the chance to play a Z Wreck junior? This one has been on my radar.
Oh it’s definitely happening!
I’m thinking through exactly what I want this amp to do, what I plan to use it for, how much I want to spend… also just reacquainting myself with some tube amps I haven’t played in a really long time
Figuring out what’s going to work best for me
iirc, I've only played a Maz once. Played a set with another band's amp and I think it was one of those. Sounded great!I haven’t, that one has been on my radar as well. I’d love to get a chance to try one!
Most Z’s I’ve played have been exceptional
OMG, Is it a Plexi???

I am flush with excitement and anticipation for ya!![]()
I know he said it wasnt a plexi but I want it to be a plexiIf it isn't a Plexi then I am going with a Matchless.![]()
Unless you have a decent attenuator.Me, too. Even if it is utterly unusable in damn near any and every playing context.![]()
