I received my second Boss GT-1000 Core for my office rig board, as well as the Morningstar MC8, so I will need to take new pics. I will likely move one of my Mission Engineering expression pedals to my office rig board, and may get a second one down the line to replace it on my main board. I hope to spend some time today to update my Boss GT-1000 Core, load some presets on it, dial in some of the amp models and overdrives on the GT-1000 Core, and setup the Morningstar MC8 to control it.

I need to do some cable management underneath, but I pretty much have this board completed. The Friedman IR-X is cool by itself, but didn't do it for me with boosts. I am using the GT-1000 Core for effects as well as amp modeling, but bypass the Cab Sims. I run into a Fryette Power Station PS-2A and a Mojotone British 412.
The Morningstar MC8 covers turning off and on effects in the patch like a pedalboard. I am contemplating a second midi cable (Boss midi out to Morningstar midi in) so I can change the options on the Morningstar when I use the down/up switches on the Boss GT-1000 Core.
Patch wise, there will likely be a clean patch, a medium gain patch, a higher gain rock rhythm patch, and a lead patch. My first patch so far uses the Boutique amp, which might be a Dumble or something. It can get pretty high gain with the gain switch (currently set to go from medium to high), overdrive (blues OD which I think is a Bluesbreaker), and solo switch.
Boutique will likely be the light to medium gain patch with the three options above bypassed. I'm thinking the Supreme will cover higher gain stuff, while maybe one of the Fender style amp models cover cleans. I'm not sure what I'll use for the lead patch.
Edit: I am using a Truetone CS7 power supply to power the Cry Baby Mini, Strobostomp HD tuner, Morningstar MC8, and Boss GT-1000 Core. The EMG ES-918 has batteries (though I hate the way it is implemented, as it making mounting to a pedalboard difficult), and the Mission EP-1 doesn't require power.
Guitar -> EMG ES-918 -> Peterson Strobostomp HD -> Cry Baby Mini -> Boss GT-1000 Core -> Fryette Power Station PS-2A -> Mojotone British 412 cabinet (Celestion Vintage 30/G12H-30 70th Anniversary)

My cheap-ass C-Rig, 9" X 12" clipboard minus the clip painted chassis black along with various drive pedals (pictured is the Xotic AC Booster), VOX Silk Drive and VOX Copperhead Drives in preamp mode, ZOOM MS70-CDR, ToneX One, Sonic IR. The ToneX One does tube power amp sims for the DI/IR path, so the board can go DI'd with IR, and/or direct to backline, all in 9" X 12". A cool feature of the VOX pedals is that besides being analog with a dual-triode NuTube in each, they also can connect together for gap-less pedal switching via one footswitch press.

Just an addendum to this: my main board (the bigger one I've shown previously in this thread) is still awesome. I need to get another Mission Engineering EP-1 as I moved one of the two on that board to my office rig pedalboard. I may do a minor rewire of that board, though.
At present, the Boss GT-1000 Core is in the V loop of the Boss ES-8, with the Synergy Syn-2 preamps in one of the Boss GT-1000 Core loops. I think I may move the Synergy Syn-2 preamps so that they are directly in the V loop of the ES-8. Following that, I would then have one of the GT-1000 Core fx loop send outputs go to the input of the ES-8, and the output of the ES-8 go to the fx loop return of the GT-1000 Core. This way, I can use an overdrive (such as a BD-2W or SD-1W) without it affecting the input of the GT-1000 Core.
The only real annoying part is cabling the more typical guitar cables (ProCo brand) to the ES-8 and across the pedalboard. I can't just feed it under the pedalboard, as it isn't as pliable as the pedalboard cables I bought. Right angle ends also wouldn't work, as the jacks are right over each other.
