Boss Pedalboard

Sitting with these pedals for a minute, but I could see swapping out the DD-3 for either a DD-8, RE-2, or SDE-3. More flexibility.

The OD-1X is a neat pedal but I'm keeping my eye out for an OD-3 for a more traditional OD. RV-6 is pretty neat, it's definitely way more of a big color effect than I expected.

Boss fangirl here. I also preferred an OD-1x because of the lows knob, until I compared it with an OD-3 side by side.

The OD-3 is more natural, amp like. The OD-1x doesn't have the "feel".

I am not into delays, because I am not skilled enough to use them. Many guitarists can incorporate them into their playing, just not me.

My friend had bought a DD-8 recently, and I had accompanied her to the store. They had a SDE-3 in stock. The salesperson described it as a "Digital delay with chorus-like effect, inspired from 80s rackmounts."

We didn't try it, as my friend liked the analog delay simulation on the DD-8 and just bought it.
