I take back the Strat from the OP, this would be a much better value-

I am annoyed they keep calling it "his personal amp" when it's clearly just a cabinet they're selling. That wiffs of a scam to me.

Easy one. Really, any 1960 3-pickup Black Beauty will do. I'm not picky.

I’d probably go for something like this

1926 Steinway White 23k Gold Grand Piano Masterpiece Model M

If I can't flip it, would go for a pre-war Martin for sure - PROBABLY a dread, because they are in a price bracket that I'll never be able to approach, where I could conceivably buy myself a pre war double-0 in the not so distant future: https://reverb.com/item/72042961-martin-d-18-1939

The very few vintage electrics I've played, I haven't felt were miles apart from some of the best stuff that is available new, where the vintage acoustics I've played -- even stuff from the 50s/late-40s, is just...truly worlds apart in terms of sound/vibe. And I'm a lot more all-over-the-place day-to-day with electrics where acoustics I'm pretty much always Martin; always mahogany.
