Pretty sure they just mark a lot of products as “open box” so they can bypass Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). I’ve bought a few things like that and never had any issues, but maybe I just got lucky.

Honestly I haven't had a bad interaction with them. I think I bought my HX Stomp from them.

Questionable interactions for sure, (like emailing them and they really didn't know shit about fuck about my order and acting like they're overworked and I should back off) but I've read stories from other folks that have made me glad I never bought anything else from them.

It is actually quiet a good guitar but factor in a set of new saddles or another Floyd because it has the Special with zinc saddles that last about a week.
