He was a trip though, not exactly a bundle of personality but every now and then you could get a laugh out of him.
He knew his stuff and was working on some rather expensive units. He saved the day many times.
Haha, I knew enough to be dangerous and would help someone in a pinch if the tech wasn't available right then.
