I’m in a restaurant group on FB because sometimes I miss the biz, this one pops up in there all the time.
When I was serving at Longhorn I got called into the office one time and the manager on duty shows me the computer screen filled with a bunch of my drink tickets, all which were modified to say things like “Stir it with the flesh knife”, “Extra Bitch Wants Extra Ice”, “Leave baggie on top of the mirror in the 2nd stall” and says “You know these go to corporate because they use them to update our drink menus?”
And when I started working as a manager there, I’d tell the servers to ring stuff in like “Rich H needs to get a real job”, knowing that Rich H was sitting in our district office reading them.

"Yeah we are going to need you to sub for the guitarist, drummer, vocalist and harp player. The bassist was the designated driver last night so I think they are coming!"
