This may cause me to partially re-do my pedalboard...
I've had this amp for a little over a week and I love it! I read a ton of threads and articles about Morgan (good and bad), watched countless videos and ultimately came to the conclusion that I could definitely benefit from one.
I quickly found something about the Morgan that my Twin Reverb was missing: a Gain knob.
The gain knob is extremely useful and if paired with an overdrive, it can push the amp into distortion-like territory. My current favorite OD/Preamp to use with it is the EP-5 by Land Devices in the "cranked" mode. DOD 250 is up next.
