Marshall Amps

Dave Friedman hinted at a deal with the Jose Arredondo family about releasing a
series of Jose Signature amps with a licensing agreement. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Spruce up the JVM just a hair and rerelease. Profit!

The JVM completely ended my desire for any other gained up M tones. It’s the M flamethrower.

I suppose they could revamp the loop and add a gate. Maybe dump the verb (which is usable) and just build the SD1 directly into it. :ROFLMAO:

The IR-JEL has 2 different TS circuits built into the pedal, which I think is
pretty bad ass. :chef

That's simple. A British-made Friedman Smallbox for $1999. If they can do something like the JVM205H for $1699, something arguably more simple but with better tonal quality for a little more, would be great.

They already have the 1987x and 1959HW though, no? Both of them are at least around, or lower than, the €2k in Europe.

Does any Marshall amp have a good master volume? I hear the Friedman and MGL master volumes are great.

My JVM pretty much ended my GAS for other Marshall amps. Just so many modes and so many ways to tweak them. You can cover a lot of ground with it.

Granted, it won't be 1:1 with a JCM800 or a Super Lead or a Silver Jubilee. But you can still dial in some really good tones with it.

This is a tone on the OD2 channel into an Orange 2x12 with Celestion V30s, which I captured with a Townsend Labs Sphere that was close miced on the cab.

I've played and owned a bunch through the years. I still own a few. My favorites are the 2203, JTM-45, 30th Anniversary, 68 type Plexis and the JMP-1 preamp. I still haven't played the JVM, but I wouldn't mind it.

They should hire some people and don’t let others company like UA stealing the Marshall in a pedal market.

They should really release some killer Marshall pedals.

Who wouldn’t buy a 1959 with prerola irs in a pedal format?? I would buy it day one

Just shot another, more complete video for the JVM410H. Cover the clean, crunch, OD1 and OD2 channels.

I'd say the OD2 channel in red mode is my favourite channel on this amp. No need of a boost pedal, it's really tight and sounds brutal.

Time stamps are

Clean - 0.35
Crunch - 2.15
OD1 - 4.23
OD2 - 6.57

It got lost in transit for a couple of days but it finally made it home! Props to the guys at Guitar Center Mesquite TX for going beyond and above for finding the amp and great packaging!!!
Damn! That's a nice amp. Looks practically brand new. Only problem I see is that the Loudness knobs are too low :rofl

Congratulations!! :beer
