M350 TC electronics software issue

Got the m350 today as a new addition to the rack.

However the software doesnt run under mac, which is no problem but would be nice :)

I also have a windows machine that installs the software but it stops when i have to enter a serial number. The site is offline so how can I get a serial ?

Anyone ?

As it looks it's a broken unit ;(
Only starts up with - -
And everything is frozen.

Luckily I could get a Gmajor and GX700 in a sale
