Line 6 Helix Stadium

I think "a few new tricks" rather undersells what they've accomplished here.
As I said before, the interface is awesome like I wish it was there for the original helix, but better late than never but they are late to the party as far as interface with touchscreen I think in the future going forward that’s just gonna be the norm and eventually saying it’s gonna make the cost higher is just gonna not be true. As I stated before I bought the original helix and I did return it because at the time what 1011 years ago I just didn’t feel the sound was up to par and yes, I did not re-buy it to see what the updates did, but I was hoping the stadium would be all newsounds effects at least super upgraded ones but I guess they got like 1011 years to do that so I’m not saying anything negative I’m just saying that the interface is awesome. It’s probably the best interface of all the modelers that I’ve seen and played with.

DI going need to put an asterisk asking to keep the questions coming
There are no stupid questions, only stupid... questions?

Well, if you bought the Helix early on, returned it and never revisited it.....the Helix Stadium XL and Floor are all-new sounds to you.

It’s like shopping for hot tubs some of the interfaces suck, but that doesn’t mean the tub is bad and vice versa but in the end, hot tubs are pretty low tech and each company has its little special thing to show off that the other company doesn’t have
Same with Appliance shopping just we did a whole kitchen here and we were going to go with true but we decided to go with Wolf that whole refrigerator double ovens range top whatever all that stuff I’m mean they all cook food. They all keep things cold but after researching the company itself and how they stand behind their products and how they’re made in America Decide to go with those
I’m looking forward to the stadium and from the get-go it seems like it should be at least where the original helix is at this point plus the agora stuff so if I try it and for some reason, I don’t like it personally or it doesn’t really strike me as being The tones that I think are that great then for me it’s not worth waiting 10 years until they get better in my mind, I know a lot of people disagree with what I’m saying, but that’s just where my heads at

YOU SEE, MBENIGNI; SOMEONE AT THE OTHER PLACE GUTTED THEIR STUDIO AND REPLACED THEIR RACK AND NEVE CONSOLE WITH AN
FM3
AND THEN PROCEEDED TO WONDER WHY THEY HAD TO MANUALLY OFFSET THEIR DAW TO KEEP THEIR COMMERCIAL JINGLE OPERATION ROLLING.
OH I UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THIS, JIVETURKEY, BUT IT SEEMS YOUR AMUSEMENT UNDERMINES MY SUGGESTING THAT EG STADIUM OR QC COULD ALSO BE THE CENTERPIECE OF A CAPABLE STUDIO, THUS WARRANTING CONSIDERATION OF HELPFUL PERIPHERALS SUCH AS DOCKING STATIONS AND THE LIKE.

I BET IF THEY HIGHERED CLIFF THEY COULD DO IT.

;)

(P.S. And in all seriousness: I didn't mention the FM3 because I never tried to integrate it into my home studio. Because I am lacking in some combination of intelligence, patience, or masochism.)
