Line 6 Helix Stadium

Metal was invented in the West Midlands, where I'm from. They called it metal literally because all the guys in those bands worked in steel factories, and they thought the music sounded like the steelworks they all worked at.

So Birmingham is where Peaky Blinders is set. Black Heath is one of the areas I remember from the show. Where I grew up was about 30 miles from Black Heath. But my accent is quite different.

UK accents vary extremely, especially outside of cities.

I live in London now. But I really miss home. I miss my grand parents. I miss going around to my grandad's house, and him prepping the tea tray, and fixing a pot of tea. He had this naff looking stainless steel teapot that he'd always chuck 4 teabags into. He used UHT milk which tasted like absolute ballbag, but man... I miss it. My nan was the same. Biscuit tins, back gardens with actual grass, family around every Saturday. It was actually really idylic to grow up that way, compared to today; and particulary compared to London.

I fucking hate London. I'd move out tomorrow if it wasn't for my family and their needs. Anyway, I'm going off on one.
