It does my friend and I have stated how I feel. Others have stated how they feel.
It’s time to move on to the next item up for bids.

Richard Cranium indeed. There’s no histrionics. Just a preference. But I don’t expect accuracy or fair characterizations from you."You're talking as if" literally means I know you didn't explicitly say it. But you're talking as if you might as well have said it. It isn't a mischaracterization. It is an interpretation. People do that. Ho hum.
Thanks but I don't need your permission. You bedwetter.
My excuse for buying this is, it looks like it not only fixes all of the issues with Helix and brings it into the modern world, but it also will probably compete with Fractal very well. It might even be an overall better unit. Now of course I'm not putting my money down until I've tried one. But I used a Helix from 2016-2021 pretty much exclusively. I had a lot of fun and played many gigs with it in tandem with my valve amps. That counts for a lot in my view.
Maybe you're communication skills are just dogshit beyond dogshit belief?? Maybe instead of shagging Shatner's Bassoon all the time, you could work on that.
I'll tell you what I tell my 2 year old - "I want" doesn't get!!
I've been one of the loudest voices when it comes to not enjoying quite a number of the Helix delays, and pretty much all of the reverbs. If Stadium doesn't launch with upgraded reverbs, I will be disappointed sure. But am I going to go on a crusade about it? No. I'm going to look at the facts on the ground.
Line 6 support their shit. This isn't a NeuralDSP situation where they just want to rinse customers (particularly of their plugins) and resell them the same thing over and over. Line 6 has an exceptional track record of providing firmware updates, new features, new effects. Eric even said they're not done with Helix "1.0" .. the bloody thing was released in 2015... do you know how rare 10 years of updates actually is???
Even if Stadium didn't have any additional effects at launch, you still get roughly a gajillion different effects, and with the new units increased headroom you are going to hear some improvements just because of that.
Ultimately, the customer>company relationship DOES require trust. I buy Solovair boots because Doc Marten's today are complete dogshit. I buy Line6 and Fractal hardware and software because I know they care about what they're building and they do their best to meet customer demand. I don't buy Kemper or Neural hardware for the opposite reason.
The problem is, you lay it on way too thick. You make it sound like the sky is falling down, and we all want to take the piss out of you because of it. The histrionics are hilarious.
Like this comment here... Emperor's new clothes... what an absolutely twatty thing to say.

Yeah, I noticed that they said "more DSP" without being specific, and I think we know OG Helix flagships can't even handle Agoura. My thought on the matter is that I hope they way overspec'd the DSP. I'd much rather be be a decade down the road with DSP that was never used than to be five years down the road and hear that there's things they want to do but can't due to lack of horsepower. But I'm an engineer too, and understand that forces beyond possible performance capability in 2035 likely drove the solution more towards: how little DSP do we think we can we get away with without totally hobbling ourselves in the first 3 years. And that's not a criticism despite my stated preference. As long as my gameboy sounds good to my ears and is fun to work with, I'll be happy. I did realize that it's possible Stadium will be my last Line 6 modeler simply because of my age. I'll be north of 70 when they have it's 10-year party. We don’t really know how much CPU they have under the hood though
If it’s the chips Ciff was guessing each on is capable of a full helix OG , if they do in fact have 2 that would be double OG at minimum
I expected the Stadium to have better and newer effects than my HX One from day one. Since it won’t I am disappointed.
Ya know, I’ve changed my mind. I’m not going to wait for the first firmware revision. I’m going to pre-order one.
I don't want to be "that guy", but honestly, this thread (and any other) is way better without loop discussions about "you said this", "no, I actually said this but *** you". It doesn't matter.
Points have been made and conclusions too. Can we move on and keep talking about how much hyped the rest of us are?
Yeah idk about that GIF lol
