To be clear, I also wanna hear some juicy hard rock that doesn't hit metal territory too. Like Cantrell-esque riffs being played on the Ecstasy, and the 2203 first stock, and then kicked up with a SD-1 on front and a plate reverb playing VH-type stuff.

It is the little things. They easily could have mailed it in with generic names for zones.

Kickass sounds.
So far, all the sound demos were absolutely in my wheelhouse (well, the vox-y thing slightly less, but still). High gain is for sissies anyway.

That sounds fantastic. Period.

The tweeds are raunchy and spitty...the Double Black, Princess and Deluxe all have some nice depth to them...more so than I've heard from Helix.

Ok, I'm ready to buy this thing. Too late to pre-order?

Check the Super Reverb. I think it can get pretty close. For me the best clean amp in the current HX-verse.
