Line 6 Helix Stadium

This place helped me quit Reddit and Facebook lol (now I’m addicted to you assholes)

I'm leaning towards preferring the non-XL version. With scribble strips on the non-XL, the choice would have been easy. Which probably is the/a reason there are no scribble strips on the non-XL version.

My thoughts exactly...but at the rate my eyes are aging, I am not sure I would be able to read the scribble strips by time it ships!

Then posts started getting deleted, members disappeared…
Add to the fact that the CEO pretty much lied he was asked point blank about Pcom and if NDSP would be mostly paywalled or if they would continue frequent free updates
Well 3 years later it’s still missing content
Plug in owners got 3 plug-ins tons of new device
QC owners got a metronome 🥳

Maybe? More like instead of waiting until the very last day of fall—which I would personally prefer—we'd be able to release the product earlier than expected, except missing one or two things (which could hopefully still be added within the fall window).

Given that the very last day of fall is basically Christmas week, wouldn't that be a nightmare shipping window (obviously, you'd have it into retailers well before that week, but nightmare for customers is what I mean)?
What? He’s talking about the product (hardware) shipping sooner than end of fall but with some missing features. Then the missing features still get added by end of fall.

No shipping required at Xmas time - it’s an OTA update.

And yes @Digital Igloo - please do that!! We all know Line6 delivers. Give us the HW asap! Then deliver regular updates afterwards if needed.

I’ll personally throat punch anyone that complains. Lmao.

I agree getting into that December 15th window is a very challenging time to ship
Releasing hardware mid to late November (if possible )and following up with an update people can load in December or early in the new year is a much better plan me thinks

Edit I am not worried though my dealer says it should be in stock before Halloween 🎃 trick or treat?🙄

I don't think people would have had a problem with NDSP if it was what, still 3 years?, out and they still don't have their launch quota met
I know it was hard to get on launch but the official dates were late Nov 2020…. So pushing 5 years 😀. As far as I can see 7 out of 20 plugins are currently available on the QC. PCOM seems like that’s their major focus at the moment and based on their current trajectory it’s probably another 1.5-2 years before they’re done with that (Gojira was first and available on the QC Aug2024).

That’s a long way of saying people are probably ok waiting < 3 months for something from launch, but the NDSP stuff is some pretty extreme timelines.

Re: proxy, I’m purely looking forward to capturing my own amp again, that’s what I ended up doing with my QC, also learned that I really don’t give a shit about 3rd party captures (except maybe 3? That I kept around)

I would love to capture my amp, and then sometimes take my Stadium into the other room or something, or a jam, and have my amp.

Also very much looking forward to Agoura modeling as well
This is my favorite use for my QC. Having my core amp tones in small digital rig is very convenient, and they sound damn close to my real amps since I dialed them all in to my liking during the capture process.

As for models, I still prefer the Axe III over the QC so it’s pretty much just captures on the QC for me. I’m looking forward to throwing the Stadium in the mix eventually though!
