I would wait and then see what they add. But buying a new flagship unit, I would guess that there was some new sounds in there. Like look.. it can now do this and this. Is that wierd to think?
There is a whole new modeling engine?!

I think it's more so the whole "Those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones" idea. Not that you are throwing stones but the QC was quite bare when it launched, especially with what was promised. So to support that but then hate on another product is kinda a double standard.I would wait and then see what they add. However, I believe you have been critical of NDSP and their slow update pace. I also agree, L6 is getting more leeway with this launch which I get but also don't. The QC was NDSPs first hardware launch, youd expect hiccups.....but they really pushed the envelope of mismanagement of a launch, new product or not.
Yes that is what I mean! It`s like a new shiny Helix ( from the looks, at this moment )Yeah, don't get me wrong, i can understand people who sees Stadium as too same-y to the OG Helix. But no new sounds - let alone, features?
Well, that shine is coming off an 8" touchscreen in support of a full UI overhaul. So, no small thing.Yes that is what I mean! It`s like a new shiny Helix ( from the looks, at this moment )
I`m sure it will be good with time
What do you mean by "overall sound quality", apart from s/n ratio? Are we talking about their respective amp/cab modeling here? (I'm just curious given the context of your other comments re: Agoura in this same post.)The signal to noise ratio is very very good, and the overall sound quality is much better than the Quad Cortex - significantly so.

try via usb?Having a rough first 10 minutes with the Stadium. Can’t get past the login screen after connecting WiFi. No QR code or 6-digit code shows and entering username/password doesn’t enable the action button. Had to run to an appointment and will try later.
Good idea - that is now in progress and seems to be working for the firmware download using L6 Central. I tried my iPhone hotspot for the WiFi connection to login and that didn't work either.try via usb?
I'm kinda talking about both. The way the hardware sounds, how much of your guitar signal it preserves, how low the noise floor is, but also how 3D and life-like everything can sound. What do you mean by "overall sound quality", apart from s/n ratio? Honestly, I expected more out of L6 given they have plenty of experience launching products. But I'm also willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since they have a proven record.
