I’ve got multiple original LPs CDs and Vinyl & CD Box Sets but still only gravitate to this outstanding Greatest Hits album when I need a ZZTop Fix 🤘

I sure have played that greatest hits album a lot. I am not sure it is all the ZZ TOP you will ever need but it has a lot of good songs on it.

Looks like it's missing the whole pre-Deguello era, except for a couple of tracks, and those two are the god-awful six-pack remixes.

No thanks.

True. No one ever lets a good friend Greatest Hits legendary bands/artists. :hmm

Heck, I wouldn't even do that crap to an enemy.

This is how I listen to .38 Special.
Greatest hits on shuffle.

Any other way and there is always a song or two missing that I would want to hear...

Of course, a lot of times that's how I listen to VanHalen.
First six albums on shuffle, always awesome!

You might get by with Tres Hombres, Deguello, Eliminator and Greatest Hits but there are many more killer ZZ Top records and tunes in the catalog.
You should also at least have Rio Grande Mud, Tejas and Fandango in the mix. Afterburner has some fun stuff too, namely Velcro Fly (which I became more of a fan of after reading the Dark Tower series).
