Hypopeticalpy - what would my next amp be?

It really depends on so many variables, but IMO no amp collection is complete without a stock 2204/2203. That circuit does some incredible stuff, features unique and iconic tones, will love your LP, and mixes incredibly well with other amps.

I personally think a 1987/1959 might be a little too vintagey for your preferences.

Maybe something Vox based? I think you have your Mesas and Marshall flavors covered and then some.

PS. How's that Diezel Hagen?

For high gain, an ENGL would sit nicely in your collection, without overlapping too much with what you have. I'd suggest a Blackmore or Artist Edition.

For classics, Vox AC30. You already have Marshall, Fender, Mesa. The Vox rounds up the "big 4" classic tones. .

I don‘t think Orv‘s an ENGL guy. A Blackmore or AE could definitely add a different flavour to his collection, but they are quite scooped and I guess the Fireball or Powerball II (which is my favourite ENGL) would be more suited to the thick and rich tones he likes. Actually, I can imagine that the Steve Morse Signature could suit him well.

So amps wise.....

Diezel VH4 - 2001
Diezel D-Moll - mid 2010's
Diezel Hagen - mid 2010's (on semi-permanent loan from a friend)
Peavey 6505+ - early 2000's
Marshall Satriani JVM - mid 2010's
Orange Rockerverb MKIII - mid 2010's
Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier - 2018 multi-watt
Mesa Boogie Mark Five - mid 2010's
Fryette Sig:X - mid 2010's
Laney VH100R - pre 2000's iirc
Fender Twin Reverb - 1980's Silverface

If I was going to buy another amp to have recording options, and possibly also model in digital one day.... what would it be???

High gain is more than adequately covered here, you need a good JTM in the mix. Maybe a Dirty Shirley.
