Hopefully....I'm going to eat some crow (Fender Tonemaster Pro content)

2 mics is HUGE! That will really be nice. Convolution hall reverbs could be awesome.

The new amp models… eh… More bad Marshall models is the last thing the TMP needs.

And of course glad that they included the Fender model everyone has been begging for… a Blues Jr.

GLAD TO SEE a new update to the tmp...more effects..great more amps..ok but why not more classic and obscure fender amps?
If you want a modeler made by a company with a deep appreciation of the depth and breadth of great Fender amps over time...buy a Fractal. :)

If they can't at least finish the Vibro-King by the November update, I may just sell mine. I'm considering doing it now. I know a ton of people are thrilled with the features in this update. That's awesome. Anyone who is satisfied should keep it and enjoy it. I'm tired of "in time" vagueness on the amp modeling side of things.

Agree AS one who never played a fractal yet..but from the years of evolution and sheer number of amps(fender for sure) .
The tmp is still relatively new and i just will keep watching to see if it stays advancing for a few more years in its current hardware form or will fender take a diff path like this seem to do alot in modeling?
time will tell. Updates are always good though

Updates are good. Their priority with updates is clearly effects and routing and other features that they didn't have refined (or maybe hadn't yet thought about) when they released a year and a half ago. Even the existing Fender model selection is mostly dictated by what they've already done with physical Tone Master amps. I mean, the DR Blonde is not based on an old Fender amp, but on the TM version. Four of their Fender amps are now two Bassbreakers and two Blues Juniors. But they still haven't finished the Vibro-King they started. It's...odd.

I get the product being young, but they're catching up at a snail's pace by clearly prioritizing everything other than amp modeling.

I don't think that is what is happening at all. They stated from the jump that it takes them about a month for each amp model. Their current cadence bears this out colon every 6 months, they drop about six new amp models in an update.

That's 1 per month. If that is a snail's pace, please show me any other modeling company currently dropping more than 12 amp models per year. I don't even think Fractal clears that particular bar these days.

I didn't have the opportunity to look at and assess anything they said about update cadence before getting mine. But I'll add this: priority i about resource allocation. One amp/month is the result at current resource allocation, with other resources going to other priorities.

They don't, but Fender's starting - by their own choice - way behind. The choice to be really late to market comes with a lot of downsides, and this is one of them. Your customers either have to keep a competing product to fill in the gaps while you catch up, or simply give up and stick with the other product if you can't offer them what they need. It's a hard thing to do, I don't deny it. But that's how it goes when you're extremely late to market.

Never mind the fact that when you're selling on the name of the most influential and prolific amp maker of all time, just saying "we're gonna take our time catching up - on our own famous amps" doesn't do it for everyone.

And they started with two Bassbreakers and a Blue Junior...and added another Blues Junior. And still haven't finished the Vibro-King they said they'd, you know, finish. Come on.

You'd think they'd have a few options, I'm not sure. I tried googling the list of amps in the TMP and I haven't found a definitive list yet.

They publish a model guide with the latest listing of all models across all categories. The latest version doesn't come up in Google searches for some weird reason, but if you go to the actual TMP page on Fender's website, it's available under "Downloads".

People have definitely asked for more 5153s, but they got a lot of targets to fit into 12 slots a year.

That’s not a very impressive list (yet) 😬

Why is fenders team approaching the tmp with same mindset as gtx100 and mustang? Its odd and they would fare better to have approached it as an all fender with each 5150 amp they already make…

So you need 14 x more Fenders to get another 14 x versions of the same clean tone ;)

Yep. %1000.

Honestly, w.t.a.f do people want / expect - as it stands today - and I've never even tried a TMP - its got way more than enough that %99.999999999999999999999 of players could ever use / need. If its missing an Amp or EFX that is sooooooooooooooo pivotal and mission-critical to your sound, just buy them and move on.

In its current form, if its not good enough for you - then no modeler probably ever will be.

Every time I see "want" / "wish' lists like above ...... well .....
