Hologram Chroma Console

Looks amazing! I have to see more before deciding if I need it. I mean with my meris lvx, meris mercury x, zoia, eventide h90, line 6 helix, boss sy-1000 and gm-800, I have a lot to do already, so not sure if this offers anything new but we'll see if i get excited for it

Definitely! I expected it to be more than the $400 they are asking. Obviously not cheap but still.

Really cool box. I don't know if I would have use for it, but I do dig it. It'll probably appeal to folks who like the Strymon Deco, or Chase Bliss Mood / Generation Loss etc.

The looper feature is a great addition because it should make it pretty easy to play with it to find your sounds and it will also double as, well, a looper.

It kinda reminds me of older multifx units where you cycled through a bunch of rows to select things.

Much more approachable than the Microcosm too.

Yeah it's definitely cool! I was tempted for minute but then thought "when would I ever use this" seems great for soundscapes and those who like CB (as you mentioned)

It's a multi-fx pedal with the vibe of an analog interface, super cool. Looks dead simple until it gets to the Gesture part, which is when I'll probably scratch my head if I were to use it.

Oh wow!
Gotta say that this is *really* triggering me. Could be a very valid candidate for the "even if you usually only need standard sounds you must have one special thing on your board" position.

Comes with a Box of Crayons. :banana

My oh my, that gesture thing must be killer. It's kinda like re-designing your (super complexed) modulation FX with pretty much no effort each time you're using the thing.
In general, I can easily see this to spice up tons of recordings or to get out of a creative rut.
Gotta say that the GAS is kicking pretty hard - and that's saying quite something in my case (fwiw, haven't bought anything but a used BE-OD in all 2023).

Gesture seems like a great way to get around my biggest gripe with these kind of pedals- twisting the knobs in real time is fun but you can't play properly while doing it. The Microcosm is amazing but this looks more like something that would work well in less experimental contexts.

Nothing wrong with influencers when done right. But it's very tiring to see them keep giving things to the same people. Majority of them sound the same anytime they demo a video too... They need to start giving it to others with different approaches and ideas and opinions on how to use the gear and less talking and less stupid click bait face pictures.
