You’ve really got to stop talking like your needs are the most important. I think input dynamics modsifiers are more important than QWERTY, Line 6 doesn’t, so now my Floor is in the bag, sold my LT, and am happily playing a GT-1000 because it does the laser noises I want.

Same here. But if something is implemented (which the keyboard thing is), it should better be implemented as elegantly as it gets.

Interesting. Not sure if I would dive a lot into that. It sounds fun but I also worry about the introduced complexity, and my presets are already a mess.

You can do lotsa things with input dynamics. Such as finetuning an amps dynamic response. Want a better clean-up when dialing down your guitar volume than what the amp provides on its own? Well, just use the input dynamics to additionally control the amp's gain and you're all set.

It’s really a niche special effect thing for me, but I’m always trying to find new ways to make the guitar say “motherfucker” or sound like Optimus Prime dry-humping a tractor trailer in a pile of old planes.

I use the YouTube keyboard commands. It’s great. Granted it is just for one patch with a generic tone for practicing riffs I need to rewind a bunch. So I’m not going too deep with it.
