If by FM0 you mean Axe FX III in plugin format, YES please!

Unfortunately, I think that this will never happen. As the hardware is as pricey as it is, quite some people would possibly think about building a live setup around laptops or maybe Mac Minis. With pretty much any other modeler, you'd end up with a higher price compared to the hardware, but you could keep the overall costs pretty much below an Axe FX (given that, say, even the smallest Macbook Air would offer sufficient CPU juice).
