Have you ever recruited someone to sell a bunch of pedals and gear?

Thanks for all the input guys. I did the math yesterday, and there are a few items that are worth a limited run on craigslist before going to GC. There are a pile of them that aren’t worth the trouble at all and are going straight to GC.

I really have to quit holding on to so much crap. It’s kind of embarrassing how long the list is and how much money it adds up to and none of it is being used at all…

How is asking someone who knows gear and has some time on their hands if they want to sell a bunch of my stuff and get a 20-30% cut of the proceeds like asking them to take me to the airport? It’s enough money to be worth their time presumably, and they can say no. I’m not asking anyone to do it for free or for cheap.

Your best bet is Reverb, maybe you can connect with heads from RigPuke or TGP through there.
-With a fiber of effort, it’s not difficult to ship amplifiers.

Now having to deal with those Guitar Center Jits?
Guitar Center becomes the cat in the bird seat..
-NOT under my watch.

My suggestion is, get off it, put the bit of work into
the sale and stay clear of Guitar Centers or
Sam My Ass’s..
