Got one of these incoming .
I love mine. I think I like the tone more than the SDE-3000D. Main thing I don't like is that it is not analog dry through like people think.Has anyone come to the conclusion that the TC 2290P just isn't that good? I'm thinking of selling mine.
This year?
I just got a Tone King Imperial pre-amp pedal.
Earlier this year I replaced my Boss SD1 that I couldn’t find any more, also got a Keeley Halo and KMA Endgame.
I have a lot of top quality gear thank you very much.I'm trying to imagine all the amazing, top-quality gear Dave could have had if he prioritized quality over quantity. Instead of shitloads of budget gear, he could have had plenty of high-quality gear… To each his own, I guess.

The imperial is more fun than expected. Especially since all I had as reference was the plugin. What's your thoughts on the Tone King? I love mine!
And how about that Endgame? I've been curious about that one...
You didn’t hurt my feelings .I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings, Dave. I'm just puzzled by the amount of cash you must spend on what is generally considered budget options. If I were you, I'd spend the same amount of cash differently (fewer items, but higher quality options on each). But you do what you want to do - cheers!

That’s an odd thing to say.I'm trying to imagine all the amazing, top-quality gear Dave could have had if he prioritized quality over quantity. Instead of shitloads of budget gear, he could have had plenty of high-quality gear… To each his own, I guess.
I guess you know what he means by that. Dave buys multiple variants of some of the cheapest, like crazy - when he could actually spend less and get his hands on some top-tier units instead. That’s an odd thing to say.
What is your definition of top-quality gear?
I got every thing from super cheap Harley Bentons to high end stuff like US Tyler, B3, PRS Core, just sold my Heatley.
It all gets used.
If you’re talking amps/pedals I’m not sure what I’d rather use than I have.
Clearly I don’t/didn’t. I stopped arguing about others gear choices over a decade ago lolI guess you know what he means by that. Dave buys multiple variants of some of the cheapest, like crazy - when he could actually spend less and get his hands on some top-tier units instead.
It boils down to a matter of taste and approach, for sure, but some of us get sour when he keeps boasting like he's the clever one and we're a bunch of c*nts for buying "expensive" gear he believes isn't better quality, etc.
It's getting boring, tbh
I’ve had you on my ignore list for a while but had to see this post of yours.I guess you know what he means by that. Dave buys multiple variants of some of the cheapest, like crazy - when he could actually spend less and get his hands on some top-tier units instead.

It's irritating, to some extent.I’ve had you on my ignore list for a while but had to see this post of yours.
Sorry some of you ? get sour but I don’t boast like I’m the clever one and have never called anyone a bunch of cunts for buying expensive gear I believe isn’t better quality .ect.
I don’t and never have criticised anyone’s buying choices on here.
The forum gang on here seem to love criticising mine though.
PS .
I don’t buy multiple variants of some of the cheapest pedals like crazy.
If I did it’s got fook all to do with you.
