I liked them a lot. They bridge is a kind JB variation, neck is more paf like.

I have a thing for cream humbuckers in les paul guitars

At some point these have been my 2 les pauls. The '16 Standard and a 2014 Traditional I really liked.
The 2014 had a pair of BK Abraxas

Both had to go when I went crazy for the custom shops

Warmoth Roasted Maple scalloped modern neck
Fender Highway 1 body and bridge
Bridge/Mid/Neck: Seymour Duncan SSL-5, Fender CS Fat'50, Fender CS Fat'50
Schaller F Series Locking Tuners

This was intended to be replica of the Gilmour Black Strat, but I could only match the pickups and I could not avoid scallops

Glorious Strat tone!

My '87 Am Std Strat is at the shop getting a new nut, and having a set of Fat '50's installed. I figured as long as I already had the whole set, I'd try that first. But the SSL-5 is calling my name.
