I kinda like the originals

I think the original headstocks look a lot better than the Explorer one

Its....fine. Not vomit inducing. The upper horn is wonky. I don't love the pickguard, but its not wonky like the upper horn. Honestly, put that headstock on a PRS Vela and I think you have a winner

Yeah, its like they started with a vela and then made minor tweaks so it wasn't a copy...that in the end just made it uglier. Ironic shoes on other feet blah blah blah. Now PRS and Gibson each have an ugly knock off another company's guitar in their catalog

I've always thought the vela has so much potential if...it just lost the PRS headstock... I don't universally dislike the PRS headstock, but the singlecuts and the vela (and that tele-ish abomination) all suffer from it, imo.
