The creepy doll?
If you think that one is creepy, wait till you see the rest of my collection!
You get the fc-6 mk2 and foot pedal new from fractal?
These were very lightly used and came with the Mooer toppers, the soft case, custom flat board and a trs cable all for less than the cost of a new Mk2. This was from the guy I found on Reverb who lives in So-Cal but comes up my way every now and then. Super cool guy who is also on the Fractal forum

I bought the York Dyna-Cab pack and mixed some IRs, but the workflow of having to mix and then load the IRs made the whole thing kind of not very enjoyable imo......I'm just sticking with the on-board Dyna-Cabs and hoping the Axe IV brings the ability to load your purchased packs onto the hardware.
Use SW Live mode... You don't need to use HW mode (what you’re using).

Of course I was using SW Live mode to tweak the mix, but unless I'm missing something, you still need to create and then use the IR you made with Cab Lab if you want to save and use a preset with that particular mix. Might not be an issue for some, but I think that workflow sucks compared to using on-board Dyna-Cabs.

Who hear uses Cab-lab 4 ?
What’s your opinion on it?
I’m just spitballing the possibility of trying it but don’t want to fall down a rabbit hole of time wasted tinkering and not playing lol
I use it a lot for making mic mixes of different IRs into one single IR. The only gripe I have is that it doesn't allow you to export .wav IRs even when the IRs you load into it might be .wav format. I understand the need to preserve the .syx IRs that are proprietary to FAS, but IMO, if one is loading up only .wav IRs , then CabLab should allow exporting .wav files as well.

AFA Dynacabs in CabLab4 is concerned; it is a pretty great tool, too. I have three cab packs (YA Mesa OS, Friedman Redback, and 1960TV) and between these, I don't think I will ever exhaust the full potential of these in my lifetime. It also feels cool to virtually own these cabs in a way—you have all the tones you can get out of the real life equivalent without it taking up any floor space or making a lot of noise. I also have the ML Sound Labs MIKKO2 and MIKKO REFLEX plugins which do a similar job so it might be worth exploring that if you are looking to dive into this format of IRs. I got some of the best Vox IRs from MIKKO2 which is otherwise VERY heavy on 4x12s.

Personally, I think the whole SYX format is stupid when everyone else is using standard WAV files. Many people, including myself, use platforms other than FAS. Otherwise, I might be inclined to purchase a few DynaCab packs.

I agree. I’ve shot IRs of DynaCab mixes in order to use them elsewhere. Horribly inconvenient, but it works. Of course, you lose the magic (easy adjustability) of DynaCabs when doing that, but it is what it is.
