Not THAT interested in having those sounds on my guitar.
So nobody else should be interested, either, I guess.

These days for sure. But in 2005 on a dual 450 Power Mac G4 using AltiVerb with some well made Lex 960 plates was a huge step up for what you could do "in the box. I don't miss freezing tracks to audio, and having to re-do them as the mix evolved. But it was a lot better than not being able to do shit in real time.But using an IR to replicate a Lexicon?? Nah... give me the algorithm and make it proper.
Yes. That is 100% what I've been saying. At no point have I ever said things that ever related solely to my opinion.So nobody else should be interested, either, I guess.
I only left school in the year 2000.These days for sure. But in 2005 on a dual 450 Power Mac G4 using AltiVerb with some well made Lex 960 plates was a huge step up for what you could do "in the box. I'm talking about IRs suitable for reverbs. I don't think the Axe FX supports them (or rather: I know it doesn't).

<ducks>
We haven't even got to the part where people start waving their resume in the air yet!!If this is your first rodeo: be advised to just go ahead and skip ahead four pages to avoid this sidebar.
Come on, man. Don’t go TGPing people.You seem to have very little of an idea about what's possible with IRs.
People want (1) all effects from the other devices, (2) use them simultaneously, (3) pay the least amount of money, and (4) want features those other processors do not even support.
I don't think anyone would know there's a difference because they're not presented with a comparison in a live environment.who insisted that nobody would be able to tell the difference between a 100% wet "supernatural-esque" reverb, and a spring reverb, and a typical hall reverb, in a live environment.
Summon Sascha, they said. It will be funny, they said.
They are if you use all three sounds in the entire set. That was the central point of the discussion; I wanted more scenes to represent all the different sounds I used on an album, and this guy was insisting I didn't need to recreate the album sounds coz no one would care.I don't think anyone would know there's a difference because they're not presented with a comparison in a live environment.
Oh i see, well that makes sense. I meant a direct, back-to-back comparison in the moment.They are if you use all three sounds in the entire set. Actually I said that tone was wet ass.Not THAT interested in having those sounds on my guitar. I've found my sound, basically. I sound the same through whatever I play, it turns out! Even if @Ed DeGenaro thinks I sound like arse biscuits!
Have you even watched his vids? He sounds like a scientist, bro!Actually I said that tone was wet ass.
But you do behave like a butthurt 12 year old.
